Rum Runners Up Broad Street has arrived!
What is it?
A beer, a tour, and an all-around good time. You get a 1.5 hour tour of the back alleys and shady characters of Philadelphia’s days during prohibition. Your guide will pick you up and drop you off at the bar, Philadelphia’s oldest continuously operating tavern. You get a beer from the bar and a few specials to keep you entertained before and after the tour. You have to be 21 to get your beer, of course.
When is it?
Rum Runners is available for booking for private groups. We can run it whenever you want! There are some restrictions based on events at McGillin’s, but we have backup options for bars. The cost is $24.95 per person with a minimum of six attendees and includes your drink and specials at a few bars. If you have fewer than six, the flat cost is $149 to enjoy Rum Runners Up Broad!
Where is it?
On the mean streets of Philadelphia, of course! But the place you need to get to is McGillin’s Olde Ale House, located in Center City just a couple of blocks from City Hall. The address is 1310 Drury Street.
How does it work?
Just arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour departure time, grab a drink if you want, check in with any of our staff (identifiable by our awesome smiley liberty bell shirts), and we’ll round everyone up when the tour’s about to go.
